Sticker Holic Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 June 2026
1. Agreement
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Sticker Holic Affiliate Programme (“Programme”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
Sticker Holic reserves the right to update and change these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Any new features that augment or enhance the Programme, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Programme after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the period of violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Programme at your own risk.
2. Account Terms
- You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this Programme.
- You must be resident in the United Kingdom to be an Affiliate.
- Accounts registered by automated means, bots, or other non-human methods are not permitted.
- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the sign-up process.
- Your login credentials may only be used by one person. A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Sticker Holic will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
- You may not use the Affiliate Programme for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in a manner that violates any applicable laws, including UK consumer protection, advertising standards, and data protection laws.
- You may not use the Affiliate Programme to earn commission on your own Sticker Holic purchases.
3. Links and Promotional Materials
Once accepted into the Programme, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. You are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics provided by us, incorporating your Affiliate Code, on your website, in emails, or in other communications.
We will provide guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork for linking to Sticker Holic. We may update the design of artwork at any time; however, we will provide reasonable notice before changing image dimensions.
To ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and commission accrual, we will provide you with specially formatted links (“Special Links”) to be used in all links between your platform and www.stickerholic.co.uk. You must ensure that all such links use these Special Link formats. Commissions will only be earned on sales made directly through properly formatted Special Links. We will not be liable for any loss of commission resulting from failure to use Special Links or incorrectly entering your Affiliate Code.
Affiliate links should direct users to the specific product page being promoted.
All promotional activity must comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP Code) and ASA guidelines, including clear disclosure that content contains affiliate links.
4. Commissions and Payment
For a sale to be eligible for commission, the customer must click through a Special Link from your platform to www.stickerholic.co.uk and complete a purchase during that session.
We will only pay commissions on transactions automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We are unable to pay commissions based on unverified claims of purchase or manually entered referral codes that were not tracked by our system.
We reserve the right to withhold or disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or misleading sales or marketing methods, or through activity that breaches these Terms or applicable advertising standards.
Payments are made once your account balance exceeds £10. If your account does not reach this threshold, commissions will not be paid out. As long as your balance exceeds £10, payments will be processed on a monthly basis. If the threshold is not met in a given month, payment will be made the following month once the threshold is crossed.
All payments will be made in pounds sterling (£ GBP). We are not responsible for any currency conversion costs or bank fees you may incur.
5. Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate
You must not issue any press releases regarding this Agreement or your participation in the Programme without our prior written consent.
You must not misrepresent or embellish your relationship with Sticker Holic, claim to develop our products, present yourself as part of Sticker Holic, or imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation beyond what is expressly permitted under these Terms.
In accordance with the ASA and CAP Code requirements, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any content containing Special Links (e.g. by including a statement such as “This post contains affiliate links”).
You may not purchase products through your own affiliate links. Such purchases may result, at our sole discretion, in the withholding of commissions and/or termination of this Agreement.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your website or platform and for all materials appearing on it. This includes:
- The technical operation of your platform and all related systems
- Ensuring that Special Links do not violate any agreement between you and any third party, including your hosting provider
- The accuracy, truthfulness, and appropriateness of all materials on your platform, including product-related content
- Ensuring your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- Ensuring your content is not defamatory, misleading, or otherwise unlawful
- Ensuring your platform has an appropriate privacy policy and complies with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), including in relation to cookies and tracking technologies
- Complying with all applicable UK advertising and marketing laws, including rules on unsolicited communications and email marketing under PECR
7. Data Protection
Both parties agree to comply with their respective obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you collect from visitors to your platform in connection with this Programme is collected and processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, in accordance with UK GDPR.
We will process any personal data relating to you (as an Affiliate) in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [YOUR WEBSITE URL/privacy-policy].
8. Customer Relationship
Customers who purchase products through this Programme are customers of Sticker Holic. All of our rules, policies, and operating procedures regarding customer orders, customer service, and product sales apply to those customers.
We reserve the right to change our pricing, policies, and procedures at any time. Product prices and availability may vary. You should not display specific product prices on your platform, as these may change without notice.
9. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins upon our acceptance of your Programme application and continues until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of all Special Links and remove all Sticker Holic trademarks, logos, and materials from your platform.
Sticker Holic reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Programme at any time. In the event of programme closure, we will pay any outstanding commissions accrued above the £10 threshold within 30 days of termination.
If your account is terminated due to fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited activity, all outstanding commissions will be forfeited.
10. Relationship of Parties
You and Sticker Holic are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make representations or commitments on our behalf.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Programme, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Our aggregate liability to you under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties regarding the Programme or products sold through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that operation of our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer or business under UK law.
13. Dispute Resolution
We will endeavour to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement through good faith negotiation in the first instance. Please contact us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] to raise any concerns.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer it to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before initiating legal proceedings.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
14. General
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sticker Holic regarding the Programme and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
